Fabrication Capabilities

Spincraft offers more than quality metal spinning. Our wide range of in-house capabilities provide you with a "Single Source Alternative" to your multiple source projects. Our forming and fabrication expertise extends to virtually all workable metals including 300 to 400 series stainless steels; 17-4, 17-7 PH Stainless; Inconel 600, 617, 625, 718; Aluminum Alloys, Hastelloy X, C, S; Waspaloy; Haynes 188, 230; Nitronic; N-155 (Multimet); A-286; Nimonic alloys. We provide design for manufacturability assistance on new projects as well as overhaul and repair services on existing components.

Metal Spinning

Manual, Automatic and CNC Power Spinning from 2" to 310" diameter including Shear Spinning and Flow Forming techniques in a wide range of materials.

Heat Treating

Certified Air and Inert Atmosphere to 18ft. sq. x 10 ft. high capacity.

Expanding

90, 300 and 680 ton Hydraulic Expanders

Inspection, NDT

Programmable CMM, Dye Penetrant and X-Ray capability. Quality system to MIL-I-45208 with S.P.C. capability.

Welding

Certified MIG, TIG and Resistance Spot and Seam Welding, Automatic Welding. ASME Section VIII U &R stamp and TUV certification of European standards.

Machining

CNC and Tracer Turning to 240" diameter. Boring, Milling and Drilling capability.
